One-on-one Training
$40 for 30 minutes
$55 for 45 minutes
$65 for 60 minutes
We offer training sessions from 30 minutes to an hour long depending on your needs. Our trainers hold nationally recognized certifications as personal trainers and exercise physiologist and will develop an individualized program for you.
Small Group Training
Get a friend or two and sign up for ten sessions. Offerings include yoga, resistance training, and rowing.
Classes
Starting at $200 for a 10-pack of classes
Join a fitness class with a larger group (4-10) and see where some accountability and motivation will take you.
