Intuitive Eating
Wednesdays at 5:00 - 6:15PM March 19th through June 11th. Are you tired of feeling like food has control of you - no matter how hard you try, or the seeming success you have with your “diet”, only to feel like food ultimately wins. Dieting has been proven ineffective - 90% of those who go on a diet gain the weight back and 60% of those gain back more. Your brain and your body do not respond well to dieting!
So let’s shake things up! Instead of crazy or even not so crazy diets let’s learn to have a healthy relationship with food. In doing so we can discover that food can be satisfying and delicious, emotions can be handled without food, exercise can be pleasant, habits can be changed and through all the ups and downs we can be kind to ourselves.
If you are ready to make peace with food then join us for 13 weeks of Intuitive Eating.
Led by Cindy Fiske. Cindy led IE groups for Women’s Medicines Lifestyle Medicine program for several years. She has worked with both groups and individuals. She has seen many people develop healthy relationships with both food and exercise.
IE is not a quick fix step by step program. It takes dedication and work to change, but it can be done and it is liberating to be free of the diet cycle.

Nutrition with Cindy
Coming Soon! Take this class to get the basics of nutrition and how you can make changes with lasting impact. $45 for a 3 hour session.

Core & Conditioning with Sarah
Elevate your overall fitness and resiliency by building a strong foundation. This class focuses on low impact but high power core strengthening combined with heart pumping cardio improve your strength and fitness. All exercises can be made easier or more challenging to give you an appropriate challenge! Class is limited to 8.

Yoga with Joanne
Wednesdays at 1 pm. Sign up for a six week session that starts October 16th. Bring payment of $90 to first session. Class size limited to 6.
