Cindy Fiske
MS, ACSM-HFS

Cindy received a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from URI and has done extensive work in Behavioral Medicine. Cindy motivates all of her clients with encouragement and enthusiasm. She is especially passionate about helping women who are in their late forties and beyond navigate through the change of life so that they can be fit, healthy and feel more energetic and confident. In addition to her degree Cindy is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist. Cindy prefers the great outdoors for exercise but understands that cross training will keep her fit and able to enjoy biking, paddle board, cross country skiing and snow shoe treks in the New England landscape.

Benjamin Nelson
MS, RD, CPT

Hello! My name is Ben and I am a Registered Dietitian and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I received my undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in Nutrition and Dietetics. I am currently a clinical dietitian in the acute care setting, my area of focus includes Weight Management, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular Disease. I believe movement is very important to overall health, and I help my clients build a strong foundation of strength, flexibility, and coordination with every session. I love personal training because it allows me to motivate my clients and help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Thomas Whitaker
MS CSCS

Tom received his Masters Degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Clinical exercise science; he has over twenty-two years of experience in the fitness industry and has taught physical education and health in both public and private schools for over fifteen years. In addition, Tom is Functional Movement Specialist and Titleist Performance Institute Certified. Tom enjoys working with High School and Collegiate athletes. His clinical experience includes cardiac stress testing and exercise prescription/monitoring of cardiac rehabilitation patients. He has also worked as the strength and conditioning consultant for both the U.S. Olympic Windsurfing & Sailing Teams and the U.S. Eastern Regional Fencing Teams. His clientele has ranged in age from 8 years to 81 years old.
